How old do I need to be to rent?

You can rent most vehicles at 21. Luxury and exotic models require renters to be 25 or older. Renters under 25 pay a young-driver fee.

What do I need to rent?

A valid, non-temporary driver's license, a text-enabled mobile phone, and a card we accept. You will also need to meet our insurance-score benchmark. Non-US license holders need a valid passport.

Do you offer remote key exchange or airport pickup?

Yes. Remote key exchange is available, and we offer airport pickup near Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and Missoula Montana Airport (MSO). Choose your handoff option when you book.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Visa and Mastercard debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We cannot accept cash, checks, or prepaid or reloadable cards.

Are my passengers allowed to drive? How do I add a driver?

Only approved drivers may operate the rental vehicle. To add an additional driver: • Book your trip. • Select additional driver(s) on checkout. Important notes: • The primary driver must be present at pickup and drop-off. • The primary driver is financially responsible for the trip. • Only approved additional drivers may operate the vehicle.

How does pickup and drop-off work?

Bring your permanent driver's license. You cannot pick up the car without it. In some cases we may not be able to meet you in person. This is normal, and remote key exchanges are available for your convenience. Before you drive: • Thoroughly inspect the car and take pictures before starting your trip. • You are responsible for returning the car in the same condition as when rented.

“The trailer worked great for us as a family of four! The battery died on us on the third night, but we had the freezer and the fridge cranked up to the highest setting and we were parked in partial shade, but it turned out all right cause my in-laws had a generator. I think if the same thing happened again, if it was just us, I probably could’ve hooked it up to the truck and help to recharge it that way. It was a great camping trip and we were able to pull it with our Tacoma just fine.”

“Everything worked as advertised. Host was responsive and flexible to changes in itinerary. We had a minor issue with the awning, but didn't impact our trip. The battery held up for two nights of boondocking, but we had to hook to a generator to charge the battery after the other two nights. Again, did not impact the experience of our trip. I would rent this trailer and go through these hosts again.”

We have high cleanliness standards and had to sweep/clean out the camper, including all mattresses, to get rid of hair, food, and crumbs prior to bringing any of our belongings in.
