OwnYourDemand.com is a service of Fairfax Ventures LLC ("OwnYourDemand.com," "we," "us," or "our"). We build and host branded, direct-booking websites for independent vehicle fleet operators, and offer optional growth and automation services on top of them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit ownyourdemand.com (the "Site"), create an operator account, or use a website we host on your behalf.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Information You Provide (Fleet Operators)

• Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you create an account, book a call, or contact us
• Information you submit while building a site with our site builder, including partially completed builder sessions, so we can save your progress and follow up
• Fleet and vehicle details, including information imported from a booking account you choose to connect (such as Wheelbase)
• Brand assets you provide for your site (business name, logo, colors, photos, and copy)
• Payment and billing information, processed through our third-party payment processor
• Any other information you voluntarily provide to us

Information from Renters and Site Visitors

• When a renter books through a website we host for an operator, the reservation, deposit, and checkout are processed by the operator's booking provider (such as Wheelbase) under that provider's own terms. We may receive limited, booking-related information in the course of building and maintaining the operator's site
• General information from visitors to ownyourdemand.com and to the websites we host

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and browser information (type, operating system, language)
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

• To build, deploy, host, and maintain the websites we provide to operators
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account and our services, including scheduling, support, and follow-ups
• To send marketing communications (only with your consent; you can opt out at any time)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our Site and the sites we host
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Your booking provider (such as Wheelbase), which powers availability, deposits, reservations, and checkout on the websites we host, and from which we sync the fleet data used to build your site
• Service providers that help us operate, including payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, data storage, and analytics providers
• Automation providers: where you enable optional automation features, the providers that deliver them (such as messaging or AI processing) may receive relevant data
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Operator and Renter Data

When you use our services as a fleet operator, we access and process your business data to build, host, and maintain your website ("Operator Data"). This includes your brand assets, vehicle and pricing information, and the records your site generates in normal operation. You own your Operator Data and the content you provide. OwnYourDemand.com owns and operates the underlying platform, templates, and software that deliver the service. We use Operator Data solely to provide the services you have signed up for, and not for any unrelated purpose.

Each operator's website and data are logically isolated within our platform. We do not commingle one operator's data with another's, and we do not use one operator's data to train, improve, or inform a website built for a different operator.

Bookings made by renters on the websites we host are processed by the operator's booking provider (such as Wheelbase), which collects and handles renter and payment information under its own terms. OwnYourDemand.com provides the website layer and is not the processor of record for those rental transactions. We encourage renters to review the booking provider's privacy policy.

Some optional automation features use third-party AI providers to perform tasks such as classification, drafting, summarization, or analysis. When you enable those features, relevant data may be transmitted to those providers, which process it in accordance with their own privacy and usage policies; OwnYourDemand.com does not control those providers' data handling practices.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from OwnYourDemand.com, we may send you SMS communications related to your account or to automation services you enable, including scheduling, support, and service information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect other communications from us (e.g., email).

We use a third-party messaging provider to send and receive SMS messages. Your phone number and message content may be transmitted to that provider in order to deliver communications. The provider's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Cookies

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and assist with marketing efforts. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site and the websites we host may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as your booking provider and payment processor). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of your personal information

• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

11. Your California Privacy Rights

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rights described in Section 10. It addresses our obligations under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the California "Shine the Light" law.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

• Identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address) from information you provide and from your device when you visit the Site
• Commercial information (services inquired about, subscription and engagement history) from your interactions with us
• Internet or other electronic network activity (pages visited, referring URLs, time on page, interactions with forms and CTAs) from cookies and analytics tools
• Geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address) for analytics and regional routing purposes only
• Professional or employment-related information (business name, role, fleet details) from information you voluntarily provide

Sources and Purposes

We collect this information directly from you (when you create an account, fill out a form, book a call, or communicate with us), automatically from your device (when you interact with the Site), and from service providers such as our booking, analytics, and scheduling tools. We use this information for the purposes described in Section 3.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect or process "sensitive personal information" as defined under the CPRA (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, account credentials, racial or ethnic origin, health information, or sexual orientation).

No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Account and engagement records are typically retained for the duration of the business relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data is retained per the retention policies of the underlying provider.

Your Rights as a California Resident

• Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
• Right to delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Right to data portability, to receive a copy of your personal information in a readily usable format
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable because we do not sell or share)
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (not applicable because we do not collect sensitive personal information)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a California privacy right

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a California privacy request, email hello@ownyourdemand.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days, as required by law, and may extend this period by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary, with notice to you. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; the agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may verify the agent's identity and the scope of their authority.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California residents to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. OwnYourDemand.com does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret or respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. Regardless of whether your browser sends a DNT signal, we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described above.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

14. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number to us, or by calling or texting us at (737) 367-1165, you consent to receive text messages from us. These may include replies to your inquiries and, for platform account holders, operational alerts about the websites and services you operate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
